New to Our Services
Accessing support at Te Manu Toroa is simple. Whānau new to our services can get started by submitting a referral.

Referrals can be made by:

  • Yourself (self-referral)
  • A whānau member
  • An agency or professional

Once a referral is submitted, one of our kaimahi will follow up to discuss next steps and connect whānau with the right service.

Already Enrolled
For whānau already enrolled with our services or clinics, a dedicated whānau-care team is already supporting the whole whānau with wrap-around care and services. If there’s a specific service of interest, whānau can kōrero with their whānau-care team to be connected with that service.

Most clinical services require whānau to be enrolled with one of our GP clinics.

Many of our community services don’t require enrolment, though some may need a referral from a GP, midwife, or another health professional or agency.
