Our Alcohol & Drug Use Support Service provides support for rangatahi and adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health and addiction challenges.
We work alongside whānau across the hāpori to support wellbeing and positive change.
Support includes:
Our mahi is whānau-led — whānau define their own goals and aspirations, and move at a pace that feels right for them. We take a holistic approach, working to understand the underlying factors impacting hauora and contributing to alcohol and drug use, so we can provide support that is meaningful and relevant.
This service is available to anyone who may need support.
Whānau can access this service through referrals from themselves or a whānau member. Referrals may also come from GPs, school guidance counsellors, medical specialists, Police Youth Aid, probation services, Needs Assessment / Service Co-ordination (NASC), community mental health teams, the Children & Young Persons & Their Families Agency, kura, or other community groups.
This service is available Monday–Friday, 8.00 am–4.30 pm
