Our HIPs (Health Improvement Practitioners) are experienced, registered health professionals and part of the GP team, here to support whānau and their oranga (wellbeing).
This free service offers tautoko to whānau when stress, life, or challenges are starting to impact their waiora.
They can help with:
30-minute sessions focus on what matters most on the day, with time to kōrero and create a practical plan for positive change together.
This service is free with unlimited visits for enrolled whānau only.
Our Health Coaches are part of the GP team. Trained in behaviour change, they work alongside whānau to build mātauranga, skills, and confidence to support their oranga (wellbeing).
Each plan is guided by the whakaaro and goals of whānau, focusing on what matters most on the day — one small, achievable step towards mauri ora.
