What This Service Offers

Our NASC service is a free, community-based service that provides assessment and coordination to connect whānau with a wide range of community-based resilience, recovery and support-focused services.

Support includes:

Even if a referral is not made directly by the whānau, your family GP will be kept informed and involved as the primary medical caregiver.

How to Access the Service

Whānau can access this service through referrals from themselves or a whānau member. Referrals may also come from GPs, community mental health teams, acute mental health inpatient services, or other community organisations.

This service is available Monday–Friday, 8.00 am–4.30 pm
